Here at Newcastle Sideloaders (NSL), we specialise in facilitating in the import and export of Full Container loads (FCL) at major NSW ports. Utilising rail and road for interstate container movements as well as servicing Sydney, Country NSW, Northern NSW and the Hunter region.
Our drivers have inductions to all major NSW ports, holding a Maritime Security Accreditation.
Our fleet ranges from sideloaders, B-Double trailers, flat-top and skel trailers down to tilt tray trucks.
Newcastle Sideloaders have trucks running around our local area moving containers from point A to point B all day. We move containers for individuals on private properties, business, industrial locations and mine sites.

Full Container Load (FCL) Cartage is a container shipping option where:
– the container is exclusively used for a single shipment
– the container is not shared with other shipments
– the cost is borne by one party only
Even when the container is not full of cargo, you can still opt for it.
We specialise in transporting 20ft and 40ft Full Container Loads (FCL).
Less than Container Load (LCL) Cartage is a container shipping option where:
– the container is used for multiple cargo shipments in one go
– the container shared with other shipments
– the cost is borne by multiple parties
Primary benefit is that you may save on warehousing costs if the container needs to be stored for longer.
A better option than is to choose our 20ft Full Container Loads (FCL).
Full Container Load (FCL) Cartage shipping costs less than Less than Container Load (LCL).
– The cost of unit per freight is higher with LCL.
– FCL containers are delivered faster since the container only contains cargo that is meant for a single party.
– FCL containers do not need to be opened and repacked (to unload or reload), thus avoiding delays.
– Newcastle Side Loaders can can pick up your empty container from empty container depots and deliver to your door for your export needs and dehire your empty container when your import job has been completed.
– This allows you to load the goods onto the container yourself or vice-versa (unload the goods from the container yourself).
– Whether you choose FCL or LCL, you will still
