Here at Newcastle Sideloaders (NSL), we specialise in facilitating in the import and export of Full Container loads (FCL) at major NSW ports. Utilising rail and road for interstate container movements as well as servicing Sydney, Country NSW, Northern NSW and the Hunter region.
Our drivers have inductions to all major NSW ports, holding a Maritime Security Accreditation.
Our fleet ranges from sideloaders, B-Double trailers, flat-top and skel trailers down to tilt tray trucks.

Owner and Director of Newcastle Sideloaders
Peter has 30 years experience in the transport and logistics industry. He has an intricate knowledge of the heavy transport industry and fully understands the challenges that need to be addressed to provide our customers a superior service. Peter had always dreamt of having a specialised container service, that dream has since become reality when Peter started his own business, Newcastle Sideloaders in 2011. Peter now handles hundreds of container relocations, imports and exports per week. Peter prefers to be hands on and drives one of his own Kenworth B-Double’s.
Office Manager
Jenny is Peter’s sister, she manages all things operational. Jenny is the head of accounts and administration with extensive knowledge of vehicle booking systems such as 1-Stop, Container Chain and Hutchison’s. Jenny is able to assist with all quotes and questions you may have for her.
Warehouse and Operations Manager
Jordon manages all storage and yard movements, as well as truck and trailer maintenance. Jordon also assists with our operations and administration.
Truck Driver
Dylan is Peter’s eldest son, Dylan is one of our drivers, servicing most of our local jobs around The Hunter. Dylan is a friendly, enthusiastic worker who strives for excellence in all areas.
